Making Payments
- Utility payments can be made in person at HEB or Wal-Mart.
- To set up automatic withdrawals from a bank account, get in touch with the Utility Department by calling 830-278-6616.
- Utility payments can be made during regular business hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Utility office in City Hall or 24/7 using the Utility Bill Payment kiosk located at 119 East South Street, Uvalde, Texas.
- There is a night drop box at the drive-through window at City Hall.

The City of Uvalde will not call customers to collect utility, water, gas, dumpster, or other utility accounts. If you receive such a call please hang up. Call the utility office directly at 278-6616 and report the call.
